Canon/Continuity: Robots in Disguise

Canon Point: After 'Out of Focus'
Personality: Grimlock is what happens when someone decides to make a robot based off a t-rex. Grimlock is a tough brawler bot that doesn't thinkof things like 'strategy'. He's the one that's usually shouting and chuckling uproariously as he charges headfirst into battle. Why? Because fighting's what he does best and he's proud to show off his punching skills. Well, that and he has the sense for doing what's right. Unlike other inmates, the worst thing he's ever done is create collateral property damage.
But the warrior persona aside, Grimlock is has a nice squishy center. For one thing he has a fear of crabs. For another he's a personable guy that likes to give his friends big old bear hugs. For an ex-con, he gets along with his teammates pretty well. He looks up to Bumblebee in a way bordering on brown-nosing, he's real good bros with Sideswipe protecting him when he can, and he rarely butts heads with Strongarm. Grimlock is like a dinosaur, a big dinosaur that followed you home and now will only accept scritches and hugs because he made you his new owner. Take good care of that Grimlock.
